Joseph Bisaso is the Field Operations Manager at Bulamu Healthcare, where he leads the implementation and daily execution of critical healthcare programs. His work is central to the success of our Surgery, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH), and Health System Strengthening initiatives across our partner districts.
Before joining Bulamu in 2017, Joseph honed his skills through over six years of dedicated work in community mobilization and project implementation with renowned NGOs such as COWE-UGANDA and Compassion International. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, which underpins his people-centered approach to healthcare operations.
