Joseph Bisaso
Joseph supports the Country Director in the planning, organizing, and execution of Bulamu medical programs, including coordinating all operations necessary for treating 400 surgery patients in a week. He works closely with our local district government partners on staff recruiting, advertising, security, facilities, transportation and local procurement. Before joining Bulamu in 2017, Joseph had 6 years of experience in community mobilization and project implementation with several NGOs, including COWE-UGANDA and Compassion International. Joseph holds a diploma in social work and a bachelor’s degree in social work and social administration. He also has completed a Master Craft Certificate in Building Technology acquired from the Directorate of Industrial Training, Lugogo.
