Neeta Upadhyay, MBA

Neeta Upadhyay is a seasoned analytics professional serving as the Pharma Supply Chain Digital Partner within the Digital Solutions group at Cardinal Health. In her current role, Neeta collaborates with Pharma supply chain leaders to address intricate supply chain challenges through data-driven solutions powered by AI. With an extensive background spanning over 18 years in data, analytics, and IT implementations, Neeta has emerged as a distinguished healthcare AI leader, known for her innovation, value creation, digital transformation, and ability to foster high-performing teams.

Before joining Cardinal Health, Neeta dedicated nine years to CareSource, a nonprofit managed care organization committed to serving underserved populations across multiple states in the US. During her tenure at CareSource, Neeta established their data science department, focused on enhancing the quality of member care while optimizing costs. Additionally, she has gained valuable experience with various other Fortune 50 companies, focusing on product development, implementation, and innovation.

Neeta holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the community by serving on non-profit boards. In her spare time, she volunteers as a math coach for middle school children, helping raise funds for underprivileged kids in India. Residing in Mason, OH, Neeta enjoys traveling and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
