Finance and Admin Director

Rachel joined Bulamu Healthcare in 2025, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in finance and administration within the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance. Currently pursuing a CPA in Uganda and has worked with leading international organizations such as JHPIEGO, Samaritan’s Purse International, and the Danish Refugee Council. Her career has been defined by a strong track record in managing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth through accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.

At Bulamu, Rachel oversees a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities, including payroll preparation, bank reconciliations, compliance with PAYE, NSSF, and WHT, financial forecasting, and budget monitoring. She also ensures smooth office operations through procurement, staff welfare administration, and vendor management. Rachel is motivated by her passion for strengthening financial accountability and supporting efficient operations that enable Bulamu to focus on delivering quality healthcare services to underserved communities in Uganda.
