Rumbi works in advocacy advancing global health policy on population, health and environment issues. She has led community health programs in Rwanda and Uganda that drive health systems improvement for SRH including HIV care and treatment, NCD screening and treatment and mental health facilitator training. She is an energetic, detail-oriented and trusted health expert who bridges the gap between managing complex projects and health expertise. Experienced with lean and six sigma project management, biostatistics, scientific writing and data analysis, Rumbi has excellent leadership and team development skills.
